The highly- rated, three-day intensive workshop is packed with the perfect blend of business, design and quality tips, and ideas to help sharpen skills and boost knowledge to drive local business to FTD Florists.

FTD Boot Camp, facilitated by FTD Education Consultant and former AIFD President Ann Jordan, is held in a small classroom setting to provide opportunity for open discussion and idea generation. The education course offers participants a wealth of information about how to drive local business to their shops, fine-tune design techniques and market their businesses.

“I found FTD Boot Camp to be a great investment in my business,” said Claire McLeod of Ladybug Florist in Toronto, ON. “After having my shop for 14 years, I needed to shake things up. At FTD Boot Camp, I learned new skills, was introduced to new products and learned new things I could immediately implement in my shop. Best of all, I went home with new inspiration! I highly recommend this training.”

FTD Boot Camp sessions feature topics including:

  • Consumer trends
  • Profitability and cost of goods sold
  • Branding and marketing
  • Floral designs for younger generations
  • Effective sales techniques
  • Wedding designs
  • Much more

Since its inception in 2012, FTD Boot Camp has been rated the #1 FTD University program by participants who completed the workshop. FTD University course offerings have grown in popularity due to a need in the floral industry for comprehensive education. “FTD Boot Camp was an amazing experience! I left with great motivation and knowledge to start implementing new policies to become more profitable. I highly recommend this class,” said Sara Henzl of Ele’s Flowers in Stanley, WI.

Florists interested in benefitting from this robust business and design course are encouraged to visit www.FTDi.com/FTDUniversity to review the full agenda and to register.
