Embracing the artistic beauty nature bestows with a season. Each presents an opportunity for something new, something bold and something beautiful.  Celebrating our favorite times of the year as spring awakens the earth, enjoying the summer fun, creating autumn adventures and of course celebrating winter.

A fusion of permanent botanicals and fresh cut flowers will commentate special times of the year as we embrace the seasons.

Tom Bowling AIFD, CFD, PFCI & Jody McLeod AIFD, CFD – “Pivoting Perspective”

To pivot means to turn or rotate. Perspective defines an attitude or way of regarding something. This past year we have lived in a constant state of Pivoting Perspective. For some, change is very uncomfortable while for others, it is viewed as an opportunity to grow and learn.

Pivoting Perspective examines what is happening in today’s floral design and what is the perspective on the creation of those designs. We will study impacts on floral design, such as gender influences, social influences, construction, and mechanics and how they affect today’s design styles. We will examine ideologies of the need to pivot, the benefits of pivoting, and why we embrace our current perspective.

Our goal is to strengthen the appreciation for what our established foundation currently may be and spark a new level of creativity and appreciation for what perspectives might be!
