The ability to hold the 2023 AIFD® FFA initiative is contingent upon the ability for AIFD® to host its 2023 Symposium in Chicago, IL. While AIFD anticipates being able to hold its 2023 Symposium at normal capacity, should gathering restrictions be in place, AIFD® may not be able to honor FFA scholarships awarded for 2023. Should AIFD® be unable to host the 2023 FFA event due to COVID-19 complications, you will be contacted as soon as possible, and additional options will be presented at that time.

Testimonials
“It was a pleasure meeting you at the AIFD® National Convention in Washington, D.C. Thank you so much for your support of the FFA and our Chapter – this trip wouldn’t have been possible without you. We plan to take the skills we’ve learned and begin building our own floral shop at our school!” – The Southern Alamance FFA Chapter
“Thank you so much for your support and sponsorship of Cambridge FFA. Travelling to Washington, D.C. and having the opportunity to attend the AIFD® Symposium was truly a life changing event. The variety and beauty of the flowers was inspiring and the people who arranged them were even more so. We felt so welcome and were so humbled by everyone we met and everything we saw and experienced. Many Florists would say to me, ‘You are our future.’ To hear this encouragement and belief in me personally really made me want to become a florist.” – Grace Ertel, Cambridge FFA Floral
“Thank you so much for sponsoring the 2018 National FFA Floriculture CDE. This contest has opened my eyes up to many jobs that I could pursue in my future. My teammates and I have spent many hours preparing for this and are proud to represent our state. It means so much to have supporters like you willing to invest in FFA members like myself. Thank you again for everything you do for us.” – Kaylee Abney, Owensville High School
“Thank you for judging our National Floriculture Competition. We apprecaite your time and dedication to the FFA. Also, I was one of the teams that got to go to D.C. for the AIFD® Symposium – what an amazing experience! I enjoyed meeting you and your colleagues.” – Hannah Clanton, North Carolina
“Thank you for taking time to judge the 2018 National Floriculture CDE. My team is here for the first time and can tell how thoughtful and prepared every official is! I know this event would not be possible without volunteers like you! The competition is much more fun knowing the judges have an appreciation for FFA, enough to volunteer! Thank you so much.” – Emma Filipiak, Hudson High School
“Thank you for your contributions to the Floriculture CDE. I have gained so much knowledge of the floral industry this past year. My team and I are very grateful to be here. Thank you again for everything.” – Hattie Harris, Louisburg FFA
