Registration is now open for AIFD’s Annual National Symposium!

More than just an ordinary flower show the Reflection Symposium will play host to a spectacular lineup of the industry’s best educators worldwide. Attendees will enjoy outstanding main stage programs, dynamic hands-on workshops, informational lecture sessions, and much more!

NEW THIS YEAR! AIFD® is excited to offer a convenient payment plan for those who wish to pay for their Symposium registration in smaller monthly payments. Attendees will be able to select all their desired Symposium experiences now and then make monthly payments through May 15, 2025. More information and details on how to take advantage of this new option can be found on the Symposium registration site.

For those who prefer to pay for their entire registration at the time of purchase you will still be able to select that option.

AIFD® is pleased to once again provide several registration options to maximize your Symposium experience.

Premium Registrations (Best Value) includes all main stage programs, wide variety of optional lecture sessions and special programming, the Industry Showcase, several hospitalities and the Awards and Induction Gala and Leadership Celebration.

General Registrations (Great Value) includes all main stage programs, wide variety of optional lecture sessions and special programming, the Industry Showcase and several hospitalities.

Day Pass (Good Value) includes main stage programs, lecture sessions and special programing and hospitalities scheduled the same day as the selected Day Pass.

For those wanting to expand their Symposium educational experience, optional hands-on workshops, master class and immersive opportunities will once again be available for purchase.

AIFD® offers special member pricing for AIFD®, CFD® and Industry Partner members as well as non-member pricing available to anyone in the industry and all floral enthusiasts. The AIFD® Symposium is open to everyone who wants to be thrilled and inspired by the beauty and artistry of floral design.

Something else you will notice for the 2025 Symposium is a reduction in the costs of individual meal tickets if purchased before May 15, 2025. The optional hands-on workshops, master class and immersive sessions are also priced for best value if purchased prior before May 15.

Where should I stay?

Our guests will enjoy two host hotel options in Palm Springs. Most events for the Reflection Symposium will take place at the Palm Springs Convention Center. Both host hotels provide exceptional value with secured discounted room blocks available at both locations.

The Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel is conveniently connected to the Palm Springs Convention Center and features a vast selection of single king room and limited double/queen rooms each at a rate of $189.00 per night plus 13.95% occupancy tax and 3% destination tax.

Hotel self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $15.00 per day for those who will be driving.

The Hilton Palm Springs is located a short 3-minute walk from the Convention Center. The secured discounted rate is $190.00 plus 13.95% occupancy tax (3% destination tax is included in the posted room rate).

The Hilton Palm Springs offers a complimentary airport shuttle service from PSP International Airport and the hotel.

Hotel self-parking is available at a discounted rate of $14.00 per day.

2025 Ambassador Experience

The Symposium Ambassador Experience has become the hot ticket at the Symposium.

Participants receive:

Special discounted registration rate and a complimentary ticket to the Leadership Celebration.
Unique opportunity to see the Symposium from behind the scenes.

Scheduled time to enjoy programs and workshops!

Ambassador Commitment:

Ambassadors must be available to arrive early and or stay late at the Symposium.
Ambassadors must attend a special Ambassador Orientation.
Must be willing to participate in a variety of volunteer assignments actively.
Must commit to 4 hours of service each day for six days.

Who is eligible?

Perfect for a First Time Symposium Attendee.
Perfect for those just entering the floral industry.
Must be 18 years or older.
All levels of design experience accepted.
Must complete the Ambassador application and agree to the terms of participation.
