Bringing FFA to AIFD®

Inspiring the Future of Floral Design

Each year, AIFD® proudly welcomes FFA students and advisors from across the nation to participate in the Bringing FFA to AIFD® Experience — a one-of-a-kind opportunity that connects education, inspiration, and industry innovation.

Held during the National AIFD® Symposium, this immersive experience invites the next generation of floriculture leaders and their mentors to explore the artistry, creativity, and professionalism that define the floral design industry. Participants engage in a wide range of educational and career-building opportunities, including:

  • Dynamic lecture sessions led by world-renowned floral designers and educators
  • Hands-on design workshops offering creative exploration and skill development
  • Networking events connecting students and advisors with AIFD® members, mentors, and industry professionals
  • Behind-the-scenes experiences that reveal what it takes to produce one of the floral industry’s premier events

For FFA students, the program provides an unforgettable chance to expand their knowledge, explore career pathways, and discover their potential within the floral community. For FFA advisors, it offers valuable professional development, fresh educational insights, and opportunities to build lasting connections that can enrich their local programs.
