Art in the Elements
Stroll the woodland paths of the Great Estate to view over 20 large-scale floral art sculptures and designs. Then, enjoy a self-guided tour of The Hall complete with floral displays inspired by its unique and vast collection. The floral displays and designs are provided by members of the American Institute of Floral Designers.

A Floral Art Exhibit & Tour at Meadowbrook Hall

Stroll the woodland paths of the Great Estate to view over 20 large-scale floral art sculptures and designs. Then, enjoy a self-guided tour of The Hall complete with floral displays inspired by its unique and vast collection.
Self-guided tours will be offered:

• Friday, August 23, 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Saturday, August 24, 11 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• Sunday, August 25, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Members are allowed entrance at 10 a.m. on Friday.

Admission:

• $20 per adult
• $17 per senior 62 and over
• $15 per Oakland University affiliate
• $12.50 per youth ages 6 – 12
• Free for children 5 and under
• Free for members

Admission includes self-guided house and grounds tour and entrance into Danny’s Cabin, Knole Cottage and the Wilson Playhouse. Free family craft activities will be offered on Saturday & Sunday from 12 -4pm.

Reservations are not required. Regularly scheduled tours will not be available during this time. Click here for more information.

Preview Reception

August 22 | 7 – 9 p.m. | $50 per person | $45 per member
Guests can view the exhibit lit against the backdrop of the
evening sky and mingle with the artists. The evening includes a private reception on the Loggia Terrace with live musical entertainment provided by “The Human State”, hors d’oeuvres, delectable dessert and a beer and wine bar.
