This course delivers comprehensive training aligned with The AlFD Guide to Floral Design: Terms, Techniques, and Traditions and PFDE assessment standards. Students will master five core competencies: wedding design for bouquets and ceremonial structures; flowers to wear including corsages and boutonnieres; arrangement design focusing on centerpieces; sympathy design for memorial tributes; and designer’s choice emphasizing creative interpretation.
Through hands-on practice, participants develop industry-recognized technical skills and design principles while balancing traditional foundations with innovative execution. The curriculum prepares candidates for the AIFD CFD certification examination through rigorous skill development and professional portfolio building.

•⁠ ⁠Classes are scheduled on Fridays & Saturdays, or as a 5-day consecutive block (please inquire for specific dates)
•⁠ ⁠Conducted in small group and semi-private settings
•⁠ ⁠Students need to bring their own floral shears and basic tools.
