This one-day class is held twice a year. It teaches whimsical, ‘one-of-a-kind’ fresh flower arrangements that shop owners love to sell and caterers use to make their buffets unique. Students will learn to make the poodle in a basket, clown face, ice cream soda and various decorative food items.
