Each student is responsible for contacting these institutions to obtain details such as course costs, timeframes, length, difficulty level, etc. It is also each student’s responsibility to be sure the school they attend is offering their students the opportunity to be awarded with AIFD’s CFD® (Certified Floral Designer) designation. Become an Education Partner:

If you are interested in becoming an AIFD® Education Partner, please go to AIFD’s Education Partners page and complete the application form. It may take up to thirty days for your school to be approved by the appropriate committee and notified.

Become an approved State Floral Association Education Provider:

If your State Certification program is interested in being listed as a Floral Association Education Provider, please download the Application Form and return it to AIFD Headquarters for approval. It may take up to thirty days for your organization to be approved by the appropriate committee and notified.

Benefits of being an AIFD Education Partner or Approved State Floral Association Education Provider:

Having your school or certification program approved by AIFD as an Education Partner or Floral Association Education Provider means you will receive the benefit of being listed on the AIFD website, in the AIFD printed directory, as well as the valuable opportunity to award your students the AIFD nationally recognized Certified Floral Designer (CFD®) designation!
